All of the products from Harris Outdoors are shipped from our location at 889 Boston Post Rd. Old Saybrook, CT. 06475 Harris Decoys was founded back in 1958 by Richard and Marion Harris after the Wildfowler Decoy Company burned down in Old Saybrook. Both Richard and Marion worked for Wildfowler. For four generations now, Harris Decoys has made, restored, bought and sold both working and decorative decoys and other wildlife. The Harris family has always been, and will continue to be great supporters of Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited and Connecticut Waterfowlers Association to name a few. We have always had a passion for nature and everything that “is” Outdoors. We are family who loves to fish, hunt, and camp and enjoy the Outdoors. That is why we have started Harris Outdoors. We sell products that we believe in and use ourselves. Owner Bob Harris is also an EMT & Firefighter, and takes some of the products we sell tests them in a rather harsh environment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Harris Outdoors.
